Let cream cheese warm up to room temperature. In the mean time, fire up the food processor and give those Oreos a spin until well pulverized. Or just pound ‘em flat with your hammer.

Add the room temp cream cheese and pulse until nice and smooth.

Put this mass in the refrigerator until it firms up.

Melt your chocolate chips. Once the chocolate is melted, scoop out balls out of your chilled mass and roll them into truffle-sized balls.

Dip into chocolate and refrigerate again.
